About
Jaynie N. Badgett Clements is a senior associate attorney who graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in May of 2017. During law school, Jaynie won First Place in the Renna and Jeff Embry Mock Trial Competition. She also served as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Advocates and participated on the mock-trial team, enjoying many victories.
Upon graduating from law school, Jaynie worked as an Associate Attorney at a reputable family law firm in San Antonio, Texas. While in San Antonio, she served as a mentor and volunteer for three years in PEARLS Court, a mentor/mentee program that prepares teenage girls for life after foster care.
Jaynie relocated to Austin in 2020 after practicing family law for three years in San Antonio, Texas. Since relocating to Austin, Jaynie began to focus her practice on complex property division and high-conflict custody disputes. As an adoptee herself, Jaynie is committed to providing outstanding and empathetic legal support for those needing counsel, while providing a personalized approach to each and every case.
Jaynie is a member of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas, Travis County Bar Association and Williamson County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Austin Junior League where she is committed to serving her community.
